Náplň práce, informácie o pracovnom mieste: | - Ongoing organizational tasks - Gathering data in Excel lists (diverse staff lists, payments, diverse contact lists, etc.) - Create physical filing system, organize the electronic filing system for documents to be uploaded (for other staff members) - Support the Head of IT and Head of Marketing (both based in Bratislava) in small, clearly defined project-related tasks - Representing the Bratislava office in activities and alignments within the organization - …and all other tasks developing over time, necessary in fulfillment of typical office management responsibilities in Bratislava |

Všeobecne požadované znalosti: | - A general understanding of the workings of the company and the general market for residence and citizenship services - The ability to build and maintain good and lasting relationships with both internal and external clients - Carrying out general business administration accurately and consistently - Oral and written communication in English and Slovak - Excellent interpersonal skills and self-awareness - Excellent relationship building skills - Skilled and knowledgeable with the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, esp.
